Beginning Thursday, September 16, all EXPORT TELO's with outstanding ADD STUDENTS will receive an email prompting you to ADD STUDENTS.  Once all students are added, you should not receive a new email.  The exception is when a new student is marked Enrolled by the Import school, and you don't take action before I send the email.  Please be prompt! IMPORT CREDIT FOR HOUSING   Members offering full housing for the full academic year as part of their TE award package to all imports in a given year will earn an additional semester unit (one semester) of import credit per semester for each student accepting and living on campus free of charge and receiving a Tuition Exchange award.  This credit is posted annually on the balance sheet for each student imported and resides in on-campus housing.  Export/Import 3 (E/I3) E/I 3 allows each TE member . . .

  Completed W-9 forms do not expire After they are completed, your vendors' W-9 forms do not expire. However, the IRS requires them to be replaced when specific information is changed, including changes in names, type of business entity, or a taxpayer ID number.
