Beginning Thursday, September 16, all EXPORT TELO's with outstanding ADD STUDENTS will receive an email prompting you to ADD STUDENTS. Once all students are added, you should not receive a new email. IMPORT CREDIT FOR HOUSING Members offering full housing for the full academic year as part of their TE award package to all imports in a given year will earn an additional semester unit (one semester) of import credit per semester for each student accepting and living on campus free of charge and receiving a Tuition Exchange award. Completed W-9 forms do not expire After they are completed, your vendors' W-9 forms do not expire. However, the IRS requires them to be replaced when specific information is changed, including changes in names, type of business entity, or a taxpayer ID number.
