Q: I was unable to attend one of the 12 mandatory sessions offered in July but need to access the new TE Portal. What do I do? A: Register to watch one of the webinar recordings of one of the 12 mandatory training sessions offered and download the PowerPoint (see below). Once you watch the webinar, email info@tuitionexchange.org to notify us you've done so (we will also be able to confirm you did so) so we can update the system to reflect that you completed mandatory training.
