New Membership Costs
Costs to join Tuition Exchange
When you complete your Membership Agreement and email it to Info@tuitionexchange.org TE Central can invoice you. The invoice provides the new member the option to pay via credit card. The invoice is due immediately. TE Central does not add your school to the membership list until the Initiation Fee is received.
If you mail the completed invoice, Include a one-time $350.00 Initiation Fee check with your completed Membership Agreement
Annual Membership dues are $600.
invoices are emailed to the Primary TELO and Invoice Contact (if provided).
Dues are invoiced on June 20th and due July 15. If not paid in full by October 15, a $50 late fee is charged.
For new members that join after July 1, annual dues are due upon receipt.
Export Participation Fees
Export Participation Fees (P-Fees) are charged for every student who enrolls and receives a TE scholarship at the Import school. The P-Fee is $45 for the 2023-2024 academic year. P-Fees are due upon receipt. For 2023-2024, the Enrollment Report is the key for P-Fee charges.
Once the primary TELO completes the Enrollment Report and clicks submit. The primary TELO receives an invoice. Payment is due upon receipt. If not paid in full by November 15, a $50 late fee is charged.
TE Central accepts credit card payments or a school check. TE Central does not charge the member school credit card fees.
