Costs to join Tuition Exchange When you complete your Membership Agreement and email it to Info@tuitionexchange.org TE Central can invoice you. The invoice provides the new member the option to pay via credit card.  The invoice is due immediately. Thank you for your interest in joining The Tuition Exchange. When ready to join, please download the membership agreement, complete the form, and email the signed paper copy to K ristin Tichenor  (ktichenor@tuitionexchange.org). Tuition Exchange W-9

Completed W-9 forms do not expire After they are completed, your vendors' W-9 forms do not expire. However, the IRS requires them to be replaced when specific information is changed, including changes in names, type of business entity or a taxpayer ID number. Since none of Tuition Exchange's specific information has changed, it is not necessary to collect a new W-9 form each year. Optional Annual Set Rate

OPTIONAL SET RATE: Schools with tuition higher than the annual set rate have the option of awarding TE scholarships at the annual set rate as detailed below.  All other members are obligated to offer full-tuition scholarships. Public institutions have the option to provide one-half tuition scholarships for non-residents.   Set Rates are determined by the Tuition Exchange Board of Directors at the mid-year meeting.  For past year's Set Rates, contact Janet Hanson at jhanson@tuitionexchange.org   . . .
