Hello Tuition Exchange Liaison Officers
A few TE updates and reminders as November, 2014 draws to a close.
- Families are seeking information and application assistance for the 2015-16 academic year. Please be sure to make your TELO information available. Make the application process easy and understandable. TE Central has a variety of samples inside the TELO Only Forms section of our website’s Member Resources bucket.
- Thank you for submitting your Annual Report. Please remember it is a fluid document until June, 2015. If you discover the need to add or adjust you can do this anytime until June, 2015. Please be sure when changing anything that affects the other school – that you notify that school too.
- Membership dues and Participation fees are seriously overdue! Please confirm your institution is in good standing by making sure your dues and fees are paid and up-to-date.
- Don’t forget anytime you update or change your Annual Report to run your Participation Fees Invoice. Need help? Contact Kristine Lev for additional information regarding dues and fees.
- The Tuition Exchange Handbook is up-to-date and available inside the TELO Only Forms area. Remember that uses the GENERIC login email address and password. Don’t remember it? Check out the TELO portal front page – it is posted there.
- We had more than 30 schools participate in DC 3 for 2014-15. TE Central is in the process of emailing schools with DC 3 imports the import Participation Fee invoice. If you have questions regarding the invoice please contact Kristine Lev
- Thank you for your prompt responses to those who received my TE Bad Data email. There is still time to respond.
- The December 11 TE Training webinar focus is Tuition Exchange Grant Opportunity (TE-GO) awards. We hope you will join us. The generic invite is available on the front page of the website – look to the right under the calendar section. Your personal invitation will be shared no later than December 1. This is a good webinar to invite your Admissions and Financial Aid staff to attend.
This week we give thanks for all that we had yesterday, have today and will receive in the future. TE Central wishes you a restful and thankful Thanksgiving Day.
