Instructions for Completing your Annual Report

Instructions

All of the items discussed below are available inside the TELO Portal.

Annual Report
  • Carefully verify all individual participating student information
     
  • Make any necessary corrections to the information provided. To edit a student's information, click the student name.
    • If a student is listed on your report that did not enroll, graduated or did not return, update both the Export and Import school to NOT ENROLLED.  This will remove the student from your annual report.
       
  • Add new students by selecting the "Click Here to Add Students" option at the top of the Annual Report page or by clicking "Students" from the editing menu on the admin menu.
    • Schools offering FULL ROOM to imports (new or all) for extra TE credit, see question near bottom of Annual Report
  • Never add extra semesters to an individual student record
  • If you believe an individual student should have more or less semesters
    • confirm the beginning date and/or expiration dates are correct
    • if still incorrect, please contact Janet Dodson directly at jdodson@tuitionexchange.org for assistance in updating the individual record.
  • Confirm your e-mail address, phone number and fax number.
     
  • Be sure to hit the submit button.
  • All changes must be made by by October 30, 2014
  • The Annual Report is a fluid document.  If a student decides to leave mid-year for whatever reason, please be sure to update your Annual Report.  Likewise, if  a student enrolls mid-year, please be sure to make the necessary additions to your Annual Report.
  • Tuition Exchange does not pro-rate participation fees. 
    • If a student attends one semester/term the participation fee remains the same $35.00.  
       
Balance Sheet
  • Once you complete your Annual Report for the current academic year, the link for the Balance Sheet is activated. 
Participation Fees Statement
  • The link for the Participation Fees Statement will become active once you have completed your Annual Report for the current school year. 
    • Your school is responsible for submitting your Participation Fees promptly once your Annual Report is completed OR
    • Anytime that you add a new student to your Annual Report
