EZ-App A how to guide for families
Tuition Exchange is pleased to provide the EZ app. The EZ electronic application is for eligible families and their dependent(s). Not sure if you qualify? Contact your Tuition Exchange Liaison Officer or FACHEX Administrator.
When completing the EZ application, you MUST select your employer's name in the correct drop-down. If you do not find your EMPLOYER listed, you need to contact your employer for the next steps. DO NOT use the EZ application to apply for Tuition Remission.

It will be 15 minutes well spent, which may mean the difference between completing a successful tuition assistance application and none. Be sure to write down and SAVE the four-digit TE ID entered on the application, the student's birth date provided on the application, and the student's email address submitted on the application. These three items are required to review the status of the scholarship application.
The podcast answers the majority of your questions. Before calling your TELO or FACHEX Administrator, please use the self-help options available slides in this article. TE Central cannot assist you in solving any issues or provide technical support. The EZ app works best in Chrome or Firefox.
The original Tuition Exchange application cannot be modified if you wish to add additional Tuition Exchange schools. You start again with a new application, listing ONLY the new schools.
If the eligible parent is no longer working at the school where the TE scholarship was approved and is now working at a new TE school. Visit directly with the new employer for eligibility. A new application is required.
The application includes Personal and Identifiable Information (PII). TE Central will not make corrections to the application. You visit directly with your TE Liaison Officer or FACHEX Administrator.
Tuition Exchange is the proud host of the FACHEX scholarship system. If you are employed at a participating FACHEX school, the EZ application is available at FACHEX and Tuition Exchange schools. If you have questions about the FACHEX program, please contact your FACHEX Administrator directly.
