Welcome New Tuition Exchange Officer

Tuition Exchange Central is here to help answer any of your program questions as you start the process of creating a robust Tuition Exchange Program.

Click here for a visual of how to log in.

Your school's TE Log-in code: and your personal temporary password were emailed separately with your Welcome Letter sent by Suzanne LeAnce.

Please note, that you must update the password to something unique and memorable.

The Liaison Officers portal is jam-packed with examples of applications, family memos, student correspondence, monthly TE newsletters, and Snippets, aka visual cheat sheets. This is where the TE Handbook and TE Guidelines template are located. All TE members are encouraged to adopt the TE Guidelines template modified to fit your school.

Using the template will help make sharing easy. When creating school documents that affect employees, it is essential to have other offices, especially financial aid and human resources, review the guidelines and records to confirm consistency and consensus. As a reminder, employees can ask for your policies

The Training Calendar section contains handouts and the recording of each TE-sponsored webinar. Please consider reviewing the New TELO Series 101-104

Tuition Exchange Center offers monthly webinars. Monthly email announcements are sent to the primary and backup TELOs. Please add liaison@tuitionexchange.org, noreply@tuitionexchange.org, info@tuitionexchange.org, and telo@tuitionexchange.org to your friendly email list. All webinars are recorded and posted to the Liaison section of the home page.

Please contact Suzanne LeAnce for all TELO updates. Include the following information in your email:  Name of new TELO, email address, phone number, and position title.  Be sure to share in your email who the new one is replacing.
